Hello dear heARTS. November is our birthday month (2 years!) and to celebrate we wanted to collectively send some gorgeous positive energy out into the world for the whole month of November.

Gratitude helps us connect to the present moment. Being grateful and noticing every little detail of what is beautiful in our life and world, enables us to radiate more positive energy. This positive energy helps us feel good about ourselves and the world around us. It becomes a habit, a practice, a way to live every day.

Getting started with gratitude is as simple as……

First thing in the morning: When you wake up, set your intention for the day by recognizing 3 things you are grateful for. This could be something as simple and important as waking up, the sun shining, a day of possibility ahead.

Last thing at night: Write 3 things in your journal you are grateful for to close off the day. These can be things that the day brought you or general thankfulness for what you have.

Taking part in the 30 day practice with us

Click here to download and print the prompt schedule {shown on the left}. Each day we will be posting a short message on the daily subject and some prompts to get you started on how this subject touches your own life. This may be in the form of notes, a journal page, a poem, photo or anyway you choose to take some time to reflect.

We will invite you to share your thoughts, creations and images in our collective gallery and on our daily posts so we can also visit others on this journey. It is also okay if you prefer to keep your words and creations to yourself. We are here to inspire you and hope you get just what you need.

We will also have some lovely souls guest posting throughout the month.

Every day in November, we will be sharing some of the wonderful things we are grateful for, which will also include a lovely journal or creative prompt for you to start or continue with your own gratitude practice. Beautiful souls such as Lori Portka, Juliette Crane, Hali Karla, Jessica Swift and our lovely regular contributors…. will also be guest posting throughout the month.

All you need to do to join us is……

  • Follow us on twitter, facebook and/or subscribe to our email posts.
  • If you have a blog or social media account, add your link to the linky below to let us know you are taking part.
  • Be inspired by the daily prompts (will be revealed on Nov 1st) to:
    • Comment on the daily post
    • Create a journal page
    • Take a photo OR
    • Write a poem OR
    • Anything you feel called to do in response to the prompt
  • Add your links to the daily post AND/OR
  • Use the hashtag #30daysofgratitude in Twitter, facebook, instagram to see everyone’s grateful gorgeousness. (the instagram feed will be shown in our sidebar on the right)
